It begins with job marketing and outreach, analyses candidates, and provides one-click delivery of insight-rich shortlists to hiring managers. Additionally, it helps arrange interviews and securely stores candidate data for reuse in other campaigns.
You can add an unlimited number of clients. Each setup takes only a few minutes, enabling you to go to market with either great employer-branded content or your own brand. Once a new client is added, you have the option to allocate that employer to one or more of your recruiters.
Yes, Jobdeck has an email marketing function (currently in beta) that allows you to engage every candidate in your database and share insights on potential candidates with new employers. Additionally, with Jobdeck’s job marketing suite, you’ll benefit from an enhanced online presence, letting every employer know what you do.

RPO customers have full access to their candidate data. Our innovative tools allow this data to be automatically categorised, tagged, and stored. For a full data download, we charge a small administrative fee.

Jobdeck is hosted on cloud servers located in the UK and EU.
