Setting up Jobdeck is incredibly easy. Once you fill out the sign-up form and your account is authorised, our AI will set up your account within seconds. Just ensure you have a good quality logo and high-quality images ready.

Jobdeck allows customers to add multiple brands, ensuring that every deck, image, or video produced is tailored for the job. Many customers add different sets of images, logos, and text for various departments within their business. You can even use a different logo or colour scheme if you like.

Advanced and Pro users benefit from free job postings to sites like Google Jobs and Adzuna. Premium advertising can be placed on LinkedIn or Indeed for an additional fee. All users, even those on the free tier, benefit from social media marketing.

Jobdeck creates a unique email address for every job posted on the site. This is used in conjunction with other job boards. Simply add this email when posting the job, and all applicants will automatically arrive in Jobdeck, ready for parsing and analysis.

Jobdeck has invested significantly in its scoring algorithm, developed in partnership with a global tech partner. This sophisticated mathematical formula analyses candidates against the job description. The process is explainable, auditable, and aligns with regulations in the EU and USA.

Jobdeck works in the background to ensure talent professionals have all the essential details they need, including salary expectations, visa requirements, locations, and job aspirations. This saves time and helps in making the right candidate selections.

Once a vacancy is live, users can opt to auto-deliver the campaign results to a hiring manager on a specific date and time. Each applicant requesting to be shortlisted is showcased to the hiring manager in their hiring dash. Useful filtering tools allow the hiring manager to easily select candidates before Jobdeck arranges the interviews.

Jobdeck is a highly intuitive platform designed for building, running, and managing highly professional recruitment campaigns. Human Resources and Talent professionals will glide through a campaign on Jobdeck with no problems at all (they'll actually love it).

The platform can work for business owners and managers too, however, it may seem a bit more complicated than just posting a job on a job site like CV Library or Monster. This is because Jobdeck is working to uncover as much talent as possible, much like an external recruitment agency would do.

Hiring managers do not currently need a paid account. When a shortlist is sent to a hiring manager, they are provided with login details for a hiring dashboard where they can review selected candidates.

We don't lock customers into long-term contracts. Jobdeck operates on a month-by-month rolling contract. Customers can change their package or unsubscribe whenever they wish.

Every user starts on the Pro Package for the first 45 days. At the end of this period, you can choose the appropriate package level. All payments are handled from within your dashboard - we accept all major credit and debit cards. High volume employers with extensive job posting requirements can contact our sales team for a bespoke arrangement.

No, Jobdeck is a candidate engagement system designed for outreach and candidate selection. It does not handle employee onboarding or contractual paperwork such as offer letters and contracts. However, it is an extremely sophisticated database and talent pool store, sometimes reducing the need for an ATS.

Advanced users have full access to their candidate data. Our innovative tools allow this data to be automatically categorised, tagged, and stored. Non-enterprise customers and those without an ATS link can download and move individual candidate records from the control panel. For a full data download, we charge a small admin fee.
