He has a particular interest in how technology can enhance the candidate experience, and this spurred him on to create Jobdeck. He believes that finding the right talent should be a seamless and enjoyable process for both candidates and employers.
Rich focuses on ensuring Jobdeck’s technology is innovative and evolving, taking in the changing needs of the industry.
