Richard McGawley
Founder & CEO
With 20+ years experience in executive search, Rich has a passion for helping companies hire the best talent. Rich has a particular interest in how technology can enhance the candidate experience, and this spurred him on to create Jobdeck. He believes that finding the right talent should be a seamless and enjoyable process for both candidates and employers.
Rich focuses on ensuring Jobdeck’s technology is innovative and evolving, taking in the changing needs of the industry.
Aidan Halliday
Chief Commercial Officer
A 20+ years veteran building, scaling and successfully exiting software and consultancy businesses such as TDX Group and DecisionMetrics,, Aidan leads Jobdeck’s sales strategy as Chief Commercial Officer.
Aidan is responsible for driving the business forward and creating an engaging customer experience. He contributes to Jobdeck’s strategy, bringing the power of technology together with recruitment and HR.
Kyle Iddon
Technical Director
Kyle brings over a decade of expertise in software development and technology leadership to his role as Technical Director at Jobdeck. With a strong foundation in coding and a passion for innovative technology solutions, Kyle has been instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of Jobdeck's cutting-edge software offerings.
When he's not coding or leading his team through complex technical challenges he enjoys hitting the hiking trails on the weekends, exploring the great outdoors with the same enthusiasm and dedication he brings to his work at Jobdeck.
Jack Evans
Business Development Director
With a decades worth of experience in executive search and volume recruitment, Jack is focused on our growth and partnership journey. He will support in leading the commercial growth of the business, as well as ensuring Jobdeck customers are able to hire smarter and faster with our platform.
Jack is a fountain of knowledge, with a keen interest in reading. He is also a Rotherham FC fan, which highlights his ability to be resilient.
Sebastian Kerridge
Customer Success Director
Seb has a decades experience in recruitment, most recently setting-up two talent insight functions focused on market research and data generation. At Jobdeck, he is responsible for our Customer Success and Marketing strategies, ensuring we are providing customers with a premium experience as well as educating the market on the benefits of using Jobdeck’s innovative solutions.
He supports Arsenal FC and the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL, and plays golf at the weekend, badly.
